Position: GIP Junior Estimator Position Available
Kickstart your estimating career with Green Infrastructure Partners Inc. as a Junior Estimator. Effectively assist the estimating team by performing quantity take-offs and engaging with suppliers on pricing.

In this role, you'll be reporting to the Chief Estimator and supporting various estimating functions vital to daily operations. A civil engineering background and hands-on experience in the construction field are highly beneficial. Your contributions will help optimize project management and drive efficient estimating operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute quantity take-offs accurately for projects

• Communicate with suppliers and sub-trades regarding costs

• Employ Bid2

Win software for estimating tasks

• Aid managers in project tracking and support

• Measure quantities in the field for validation

Requirements:

• Completed civil engineering or technician program

• Competency in relevant computer software

• Previous co-op experience in construction is a plus

• Valid driver's license required

• Strong analytical and communication abilities
