Experienced High Voltage Substation Foreperson

Location: Whitchurch-Stouffville

K-Line Group is looking for an experienced Substation Foreperson to supervise the construction of high voltage substations across Ontario. Elevate your career by leading critical electrical projects and site operations.

In this pivotal role, you'll manage the construction of substations from planning to execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently. Your expertise in high voltage systems will be crucial for overseeing both civil and electrical construction processes while nurturing a culture of safety. Develop strong relationships with clients and mentor junior staff as you guide your team to project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise high voltage substation projects from inception to completion

• Direct installation of overhead and underground electrical systems

• Mentor team members in construction techniques and safety

• Maintain and update project reports and schedules

• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:

• 10+ years in electrical construction experience

• 5+ years in a supervisory capacity

• Red Seal certification is mandatory

• Valid DZ Driver's License required

• Strong skills in blueprint reading and project management
