Position: Civil Construction Project Manager Role
Location: Whitchurch-Stouffville

Drive project success at Facility Maintenance & Construction as a Project Manager. Ensure quality, adherence to budget, and enhance customer satisfaction while managing timelines.

As a Project Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Manager, leading your team through all project phases from inception to close-out.

Your role includes planning, coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Strong communication and organization are key as you manage various aspects of project execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as lead during project execution

• Plan and schedule projects accurately

• Enforce company policies and project specifications

• Coordinate health and safety compliance

• Document all project start-up and close-out processes

Requirements:

• 5-10 years' experience in civil construction

• Strong knowledge of MS Office and Procore

• Excellent organizational and detail-oriented skills

• Ability to think outside the box

• Experience managing several mid-sized projects
