Smart Buildings Project Coordinator

In this full-time role, you will support project planning and execution initiatives with strong organizational skills. Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and various operations teams to ensure timely project completion. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Coordinate project tasks, milestones, and deliverables

• Perform asset data mapping into CMMS systems

• Act as a liaison among teams, clients, and vendors

• Maintain project documentation and reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

• 0–3+ years in project coordination

• Working knowledge of HVAC systems

• High attention to detail in data tasks

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
