Position: Contract Administrator for Water/Wastewater Projects
Enhance your career as a Contract Administrator specializing in water and wastewater projects with Black & Veatch in Markham, Ontario. Focus on project delivery and stakeholder communication.

In this role, you will be responsible for directing various technical aspects of tunnel construction projects while fostering collaboration between clients, contractors, and engineering teams. Your expertise in managing documentation and client relations will be critical for project success.

Experience with PM software like Procore is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate weekly and monthly progress reports

• Manage project documentation for disputes

• Coordinate efforts with clients and contractors

• Attend progress and preconstruction meetings regularly

• Oversee construction administration and contract compliance

Requirements:

• Degree in Construction Management or Civil Engineering

• P.Eng. designation preferred

• 20+ years’ overall experience, 10 specifically in tunneling

• Advanced knowledge of contract and risk management

• Familiarity with Microsoft Suite and Procore
