As part of Stantec's Infrastructure group, you will manage contracts for various municipal projects, applying your extensive experience in construction administration. You will conduct field inspections, supervise a team while ensuring compliance with project specifications, and actively contribute to the successful execution of roadway initiatives in the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and control administration of large-scale contracts
• Conduct inspections to ensure high-quality outputs
• Prepare contract specifications and oversee progress payments
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members
• Maintain communication with clients and contractors
Requirements:
• Minimum 10 years of experience in road construction
• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• Previous work on projects valued over $5 million
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and safety standards
• Solid communication and negotiation skills
