Position: Project Manager & Senior Estimator Role

IPG Workforce Solutions is on the lookout for a seasoned professional with over 10 years of estimating experience. You will be integral to preparing accurate estimates while managing all aspects of civil projects.

Your role will involve liaising with clients, site teams, and subcontractors to ensure project success across Southern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare tenders and detailed project estimates

• Review drawings and scopes of work for accuracy

• Coordinate project schedules and budgets

• Monitor project milestones and take necessary actions

• Foster relationships with stakeholders and clients

Requirements:

• Minimum of 10 years estimating experience in civil construction

• Expertise in heavy civil and municipal projects

• Strong project management skills from tendering to closeout

• Excellent communication abilities with various stakeholders

• Proven experience in risk management and mitigation
