Senior Cost Advisor

Position: Senior Cost Advisor at Stantec

This role requires a strong background in civil, structural, and architectural sectors, along with excellent communication skills. As part of Stantec's esteemed Program Management group, you’ll engage in diverse projects across transit, healthcare, and energy industries. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure project success at every design milestone.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs and bills of materials

• Create and review estimates for all project design phases

• Assess and negotiate project change costs and claims

• Compile estimating information from various disciplines

• Innovate solutions to complex estimating issues

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

• Minimum of 10 years in civil estimating roles

• Knowledge of CIQS and AACE guidelines

• Strong MS Office and estimating software skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
