Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Manager with project coordination and planning

• Ensure work complies with contract and safety standards

• Manage project costs and daily performance metrics

• Facilitate communication between subcontractors and owners

• Order materials and ensure quality control

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or Construction Management

• Minimum 5 years of field coordination experience

• Class G Driver’s License required

• Knowledge of safety regulations and cost control

• Ability to interpret project drawings accurately
