Civil Projects Assistant Superintendent

As the Assistant Superintendent, you will directly support the Superintendent in managing diverse project responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site work compliance with specifications

• Plan manpower needs and monitor material quantities

• Provide insights on scheduling difficulties

• Maintain current cost reports within budget parameters

• Ensure a safe working environment through inspections

Requirements:

• Extensive 4+ years of experience in construction in Ontario

• Familiarity with MTO and municipal projects

• Preferred EIT or CET designation

• Strong financial and safety leadership skills

• Ability to foster clear communication with teams
