This role is an integral part of the in-office Lakeshore West Construction Management team. You will report to the Senior Manager, offering field support to various delivery teams and contractors. Key tasks include safety coordination, project improvement recommendations, and building strong interdepartmental relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate safety standards with delivery teams
• Recommend changes to enhance project delivery
• Facilitate collaboration across business units
• Represent field management in stakeholder meetings
• Contribute to project monitoring for on-time delivery
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
• Proven track record in construction management
• Experience in transportation or infrastructure necessary
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
• Must hold a valid G class driver’s license
