As a top-tier infrastructure contractor, GIP seeks a dedicated Superintendent for its Roads & Highways division. This field leadership role encompasses comprehensive management of project execution, resources, and compliance with municipal and provincial specifications. You will be responsible for delivering results while upholding safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct field operations in road maintenance and construction

• Organize and lead multiple construction crews

• Ensure all work complies with MTO requirements

• Foster safety culture and manage public interactions

• Monitor project budgets and schedules closely

Requirements:

• 10+ years in highway construction management

• Historical experience with MTO and municipal compliance

• High-level safety and operational leadership skills

• Comfortable working in integrated construction teams

• Strong interpersonal and trust-building capabilities
