GIP Site Supervisor - Construction Leadership

Location: Whitchurch-Stouffville

Take charge of shoring projects as a Site Supervisor at GIP, ensuring successful execution while prioritizing safety and compliance. Manage daily operations and foster a collaborative work environment on site.

This role reports to the Operations Director and involves crucial tasks such as interpreting plans, managing logistics, and supervising on-site crews. As the primary on-site representative, you will maintain clear communication with clients and stakeholders, addressing issues effectively and fostering a positive team atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret engineering drawings for project guidance

• Plan logistics and organize project workflows

• Lead and motivate construction crews on site

• Promote safety compliance and conduct assessments

• Communicate effectively with all site participants

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience in shoring or heavy civil projects

• Strong capability in reading construction drawings

• Excellent organizational and leadership qualities

• Strong commitment to safety protocols

• Valid driver's license for site visits
