Key Responsibilities:

• Directly interpret complex tender specifications

• Execute quantity take-offs and validate costs

• Manage tender preparations including bid bonds

• Present project scopes and potential cost-saving strategies

• Provide ongoing support and assessments for projects

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering or technology diploma

• 5+ years estimating experience in construction

• Direct experience with Design-Build processes

• Strong proficiency in estimating software

• Valid driver’s license for project site visits
