Reporting to the Planning Director, the Lead Planner role focuses on mentoring fellow planners while developing robust schedules for transit projects. You'll analyze subcontractor schedules, deliver critical path insights, and ensure alignment with project budgets throughout various phases.
Key Responsibilities:
• Mentor and develop scheduling best practices
• Maintain resources in project schedules via Primavera P6
• Monitor progress and report on schedule performance
• Analyze issues in interdisciplinary schedules
• Review proposals related to project scheduling
Requirements:
• 3-5 years in construction for transit projects
• 3-8 years in Planner/Scheduler roles
• Proficient in interpreting contracts and drawings
• Strong analytical and visual analysis skills
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
