Position: Assistant Superintendent for MTO Projects

This role is pivotal in supporting the Superintendent by managing project schedules, resources, and compliance with safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing on-site construction activities

• Develop and implement project scheduling and inspections

• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and standards

• Communicate project concerns with owners and consultants

• Monitor site safety and team performance

Requirements:

• 4+ years in construction project delivery

• Proven track record in MTO and municipal projects

• Preferred EIT or CET designation

• Strong leadership in high-volume operations

• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders
