Egis is expanding and looking for an experienced Project Manager with 3 to 5 years in building restoration or envelope consulting. In this role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initial investigations to construction administration. Your skills in assessments, specifications, and client relationship management will be key to the success of various building services projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site investigations of construction systems

• Prepare detailed condition assessments and reports

• Create order-of-magnitude cost estimates

• Direct the tendering process and documentation preparation

• Oversee construction administration, reviews, and compliance

Requirements:

• Engineering degree focused on Building Systems or similar

• 3 to 5+ years in related consulting or construction

• Comprehensive understanding of restoration and envelope systems

• Strong communication and technical writing skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Bluebeam
