Position: Senior Estimator Position at The Miller Group

As a Senior Estimator, you will lead the estimating department at The Miller Group, ensuring compliance with market trends and organizational objectives.

Your role will include analyzing risks, mentoring junior estimators, and collaborating with project teams on bids and timelines. With a deep commitment to construction efficiency, your leadership will drive project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Direct the estimating team in accurate proposal creation

• Guide design-build proposals and provide strategic oversight

• Evaluate market risks and recommend bid strategies

• Work with Project Managers on tender specifications

• Approve cost estimates including vendor quotes

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or equivalent experience

• At least 10 years in heavy civil estimating

• Skilled in reading and interpreting specifications

• Familiar with P3 projects and ADM tendering methods

• Proficient in MS Office and estimating software
