As a Construction Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing a team of 3-4 individuals at our Markham site. This full-time, on-site role involves preparing detailed reports and scheduling project activities to ensure seamless operation. You will also oversee training for workers and manage the requisition of necessary materials and equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise routine tasks and project work on site

• Develop and prepare production reports regularly

• Coordinate work schedules and project timelines

• Facilitate employee training and development

• Manage orders for materials and supplies

Requirements:

• Completion of secondary school graduation certificate

• Between 2 to 3 years of relevant experience

• Must be physically present on the site

• Eligible candidates include Canadian citizens and residents

• LMIA application required for foreign workers
