Drive safety excellence in construction projects as a Construction Safety Advisor with Cross Safety in Ontario. This full-time role offers a path to permanent status while focusing on health and safety.

Cross Safety is hiring for various levels:
Associate, Specialist, and Principal. In this position, you'll advise clients on managing health, safety, and environmental risks effectively. You will conduct audits, site inspections, and collaborate with client teams to ensure compliance and enhance safety processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide on health, safety, and environmental compliance

• Conduct safety audits and inspections regularly

• Assist project teams in managing on-site risks

• Liaise with clients and regulatory agencies

• Document and report safety performance

Requirements:

• Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or equivalent

• Relevant experience: 1-5 years depending on level

• Strong knowledge of Ontario health and safety legislation

• Valid Class G driver’s license

• Certification like CRSP or CSP preferred
