Position: Residential Construction Project Manager Role
Manage a large-scale residential project in Los Gatos, CA as a Construction Project Manager on a temporary basis. Handle scheduling, budgeting, and compliance, with a focus on effective communication.

The role is contracted for 4-5 months, overseeing a 100,000 sqft construction project. Candidates will need significant experience as a construction manager and excellent leadership abilities. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing regular updates to stakeholders to keep the project on track.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create detailed project schedules and budgets

• Direct construction resources for optimal workflow

• Supervise compliance with safety and construction standards

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience as a Construction Project Manager

• Familiarity with large construction projects is an asset
