Key Responsibilities:

• Mentor and develop Construction & Compliance Managers

• Establish KPIs and performance metrics aligned with corporate goals

• Oversee project budgets and financial forecasts

• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards

• Drive contractor performance through evaluations and corrective actions

Requirements:

• 10+ years in telecommunications construction

• 5+ years managing multi-disciplinary teams

• Strong background in contractor management

• Proven track record in large-scale network deployments

• College degree in related fields, PMP preferred
