Asphalt Roller Operator at Cavanagh

Thomas Cavanagh Construction is seeking an Asphalt Roller Operator to join our Mainline and Commercial/Residential Paving Crews in May 2026. This role requires expertise in operating rollers to achieve optimal asphalt compaction and surface smoothness.

Candidates will be responsible for efficiently operating rollers on diverse asphalt surfaces, including roadbeds and parking lots. Collaboration with team members is essential to ensure seamless operations. The role also includes routine maintenance of equipment, adhering to quality and safety standards, and effective communication with supervisors.
