Construction Labourer

We are a locally owned and operated construction company seeking a reliable, hardworking labourer to join our small, busy crew. We run an organized, respectful job site and value a team who takes pride in their work and maintains high standards across all projects.

What We Offer:

• Competitive wage: $25–$35/hour (based on experience)
• Opportunity for mutually agreed upon overtime

Responsibilities:

• Assisting with residential and commercial renovations & builds
• Site prep, material handling, and clean-up
• Supporting carpenters and trades as needed
• Basic construction tasks (demolition, framing support, drywall assistance, etc.)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work site

Requirements:

• Reliable, punctual, and able to take direction
• Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting
• Willing to work hard and learn on the job
• Construction experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and own transportation
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
• Basic tools considered an asset
• Able to communicate clearly and work well with a team
