Position: Construction and Maintenance Supervisor at Ferrovial
Drive infrastructure excellence as a Construction and Maintenance Supervisor with Ferrovial. Lead teams, ensure compliance, and enhance project efficiency through your skills in a vital supervisory role.

As part of Webber Infrastructure Management, your responsibilities will include the coordination of maintenance work, management of project assets, and supervision of maintenance crews. You'll assess the conditions of various infrastructures, ensuring everything meets contract standards and safety regulations, while working closely with operations and contract managers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate infrastructure assets for condition and compliance

• Organize and oversee maintenance scheduling

• Guide crews in safety practices and emergency responses

• Manage project documentation in line with contracts

• Collaborate with stakeholders on project developments

Requirements:

• High School Diploma is necessary

• Five-plus years in construction or road maintenance

• Strong prior supervisory experience

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Solid proficiency in MS Excel and Word
