Senior Estimator for ICI Projects

As a Senior Estimator reporting to the Estimating Manager, you'll work on projects worth up to $1 Billion, interpreting tender drawings, performing quantity take-offs, and costing out potential changes.

Your role includes preparing tender schedules and leading Design-Build projects through tender stages, ensuring timely submissions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interpret and understand tender drawings for large projects

• Perform quantity take-offs and cost estimations

• Prepare initial tender schedules for field staff

• Lead the tender management process independently

• Monitor active projects and provide cost evaluations

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or related field

• 7-10 years’ experience in construction estimating

• Familiarity with Design-Build estimates and bidding platforms

• Proficient in estimating software and MS Office

• Valid driver’s license and understanding of OPSS standards
