Planner ​/ Scheduler

We are looking for a  Planner / Scheduler  to join a growing infrastructure team supporting the planning, estimating, and execution of complex transportation and civil construction projects across Ontario.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for experienced Planners/Schedulers as well as Project Coordinators, Site Engineers, or Construction Professionals looking to transition into a dedicated planning and scheduling career path.

Key Responsibilities

Review contract documents, drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical path analyses.

Support bid schedules and baseline schedules for large, multi-year infrastructure projects.

Work closely with project, engineering, and commercial teams to monitor progress and identify schedule risks.

Analyze delays, recommend recovery strategies, and support claims management activities.

Conduct regular progress reviews with site teams and provide schedule forecasts and reporting.

Monitor subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with overall project objectives.

Maintain accurate project schedule updates throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

4-10 years of experience within the Transportation or Civil Construction sector.

Experience on roads, highways, bridges, utilities, or other infrastructure projects.

Experience in a Planner/Scheduler role is an asset.

Exposure to MTO projects is highly preferred.

Primavera P6 experience is considered an asset; training can be provided for the right candidate.

Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Valid G Driver's License and access to a vehicle.

Willingness to travel to project sites throughout Ontario as required.
