Cross Safety is on the lookout for a dedicated Associate to fortify health and safety measures within construction and operational settings. In this full-time position, you will provide advisory support, conduct regular inspections, and oversee risk management strategies.

Your role will be critical in maintaining a safe working environment and achieving compliance with Ontario health regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safety advice to project teams and stakeholders

• Manage risk assessments and safety audits on-site

• Conduct health inspections and document results

• Assist in incident investigations and reporting

• Collaborate with regulatory bodies and client teams

Requirements:

• Occupational Health & Safety certification or related trade experience

• Minimum one year experience in a construction setting

• Designations like CRSP, CSP, CHST, CIH, or ROH

• Strong understanding of health and safety laws

• Ability to manage flexible shifts and possess Class G license
