Position: CrossSafety Health & Safety Advisor Role
Join Cross Safety as a Health & Safety Advisor and make a real impact on worker safety across the construction industry. This full-time role supports OHS compliance and risk management.

As a Health & Safety Associate, you will actively advise on safety measures and compliance for construction projects and complex operations. Connecting with client teams, you'll help identify hazards and work on incident investigations.

Your role will be pivotal in upholding safety standards in a fast-paced environment, requiring keen observational skills and a commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead health and safety assessments and audits

• Guide project teams in identifying risks and solutions

• Conduct regular site inspections and enforce corrective actions

• Liaise with regulatory bodies and prepare records

• Support incident investigations and follow up on action plans

Requirements:

• Certificate or Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety

• At least one year field experience in high hazard environments

• Knowledge of Ontario workplace safety regulations

• CRSP, CHST, or related designation

• Ability to work flexible hours
