Project Coordinator at Powell Contracting

In this role, reporting to the Manager of Special Projects, you'll oversee multiple projects from planning to execution. Your duties will include estimating, site coordination, and problem-solving to ensure timely and effective project delivery. Engage with operations teams and stakeholders to drive project success across various infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop cost estimates and prepare project quotations

• Conduct site reviews for safety and constructability

• Attend and contribute to site meetings with clients

• Prepare job packages for scheduling and mobilization

• Coordinate activities with internal and external teams

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Construction Management or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in construction industry

• Strong project lifecycle understanding and field operations knowledge

• Effective communication skills and ability to multitask

• Valid Class G driver’s license with a clean record
