Position: Project Coordinator for Powell Contracting

In this integral position, you'll report to the Manager of Special Projects and engage in all phases of project delivery. Your responsibilities include developing cost estimates, conducting site reviews, and maintaining documentation standards. You'll work closely with diverse teams to navigate and resolve challenges while keeping projects on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates for projects

• Oversee site meetings contributing to project discussions

• Coordinate with teams and manage documentation flow

• Address challenges and provide on-site solutions

• Communicate crucial updates to Project Manager promptly

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management

• 1-2 years of experience in a related role

• Background in estimating and project costing considered an asset

• Exceptional time management abilities

• Valid Class G driver’s license with a sound record
