In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of major highway and civil projects within GIP's Major Projects division. Your experience in collaborative project management, along with a commitment to safety and quality, will be essential for achieving project goals. You will engage with multiple stakeholders, ensuring high-performance team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee large highway/civil projects from design to completion
• Establish integrated project teams and governance structures
• Manage execution plans and risk assessments
• Collaborate on design development with engineering teams
• Ensure adherence to quality and safety management systems
Requirements:
• 12-15+ years in heavy civil or highway project management
• Familiarity with collaborative and alternative delivery models
• Degree in civil engineering or related field
• Proven success in managing complex infrastructure projects
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities
