Position: Senior Inspector for Water Infrastructure Work

This role involves managing both linear and vertical construction projects like water and wastewater systems. Your expertise in concrete pressure pipe installations and collaborative work with contractors is crucial for project success. Lead inspections and enforce compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct inspections and maintain quality control oversight

• Document daily construction operations with clarity

• Resolve compliance issues with comprehensive communication

• Review contractor submissions and adjust oversight requirements

• Participate in weekly contractor progress meetings

Requirements:

• 10+ years' experience in substantial watermain construction

• Relevant technical degree or equivalent experience

• Familiarity with public works project standards

• Industry certifications such as P.Eng. or CET advantageous

• Strong interpersonal skills for stakeholder interaction
