Position: HSE Advisor for Construction Safety
Shape the future of construction safety at Green Infrastructure Partners as an HSE Advisor. This position, based in the Greater Toronto Area, emphasizes hands-on engagement in risk management.

The HSE Advisor role involves working closely with field operations while conducting risk assessments and ensuring compliance on construction sites. With a strong focus on training and safety culture, you will facilitate discussions and provide recommendations to enhance workplace safety. Your skills will directly impact the effectiveness of emergency response and safety protocols across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and identify hazards on construction sites

• Ensure compliance with safety measures during operations

• Facilitate safety training and foster a safe work culture

• Engage with workers for ongoing safety education

• Support the development of emergency response plans

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education in Health and Safety

• Over 5 years of experience in construction safety

• Relevant safety certifications (CM IOSH preferred)

• Strong knowledge of industry safety standards

• Valid driver's license required
