Join Aecon as a Project Coordinator in Stouffville, ON, where you'll manage telecommunications projects to ensure safe and efficient delivery. This position is central to supporting critical infrastructure projects across North America.
As a Project Coordinator, you'll collaborate with Operations Managers and assist with scheduling, monitoring equipment status, and tracking project progress. Your responsibilities will also include managing material inventories and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. This position allows you to make a meaningful impact through utility infrastructure development.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate scheduling for work crews and inspections
• Manage procurement and maintenance of tools and equipment
• Track safety inspections per Aecon standards
• Analyze project data to enhance operational efficiency
• Summarize Quality Assurance non-conformances
Requirements:
• Graduation in Civil or Construction Technology
• Experience in utility construction preferred
• MS Excel, Word, and MS Project proficiency
• Excellent communication skills
• Organizational skills with adaptability
