Senior Project Manager for QSR Construction

Lead impactful QSR construction projects with MBI Brands across Canada as a Senior Project Manager. Oversee everything from site approval to grand opening, ensuring delivery on budget and schedule.

As a key player at MBI Brands, you will manage multiple construction projects for Mary Brown’s Chicken and Fat Bastard Burrito.

Your role includes planning, coordinating with numerous stakeholders, and ensuring operational and regulatory compliance throughout the project lifecycle. This position emphasizes mentoring and developing team members while demonstrating potential for formal leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead various concurrent QSR construction projects

• Develop detailed project schedules and budgets

• Review and validate architectural and engineering drawings

• Manage contractor performance against project requirements

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years in project management, preferably in QSR

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field

• Strong understanding of commercial construction processes

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
