In this key role, you will leverage ten years of civil construction estimating experience to manage projects from tendering to completion. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure high standards of safety and quality are met. Your ability to communicate effectively will be vital in coordinating projects and mitigating risks, ensuring timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review project specifications and pursue quoting opportunities
• Create detailed cost estimates using Sharpe Soft
• Submit tenders and quotations accurately and on time
• Schedule and execute awarded projects efficiently
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions
Requirements:
• 10 years of estimating experience in civil construction
• Relevant post-secondary education in construction or engineering
• High attention to detail under pressure
• Strong communication skills and teamwork capability
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
