Civil Projects Assistant Superintendent

As the Assistant Superintendent, you will directly support the Superintendent in managing diverse project responsibilities. Ideal candidates will excel in enforcing safety standards, analyzing costs, and communicating effectively with various stakeholders. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage on-site work compliance with specifications

• Plan manpower needs and monitor material quantities

• Provide insights on scheduling difficulties

• Maintain current cost reports within budget parameters

• Ensure a safe working environment through inspections

Requirements:

• Extensive 4+ years of experience in construction in Ontario

• Familiarity with MTO and municipal projects

• Preferred EIT or CET designation

• Strong financial and safety leadership skills

• Ability to foster clear communication with teams
