Creative & Content Manager

We're a young, fast-growing jewelry brand founded in 2024, creating dainty, sentimental pieces inspired by love, connection, and everyday life. We believe that in today's world, genuine human connection and the personal touch matter more than ever. Through our jewelry, we want to celebrate the little moments, meaningful relationships, and memories that bring us together.
Now, we're looking for someone who shares our passion, brings a fresh creative perspective to Mellow, and helps us tell those stories in ways we haven't even imagined yet.

The Role
We're looking for a  Creative & Content Manager  to be the creative brain behind how Mellow tells its stories and comes to life online.
We want your ideas, not just trends.  Someone with a creative mind, a fresh perspective, and the excitement to try something new.
From idea to reality.  You'll dream up concepts, plan shoots, film, edit, and bring your ideas to life from start to finish.
Make people feel something.  One day, you might be creating a beautiful, cinematic jewelry video. The next, telling a heartfelt story about human connection or trying something completely unexpected.
Real creative freedom.  You'll work directly with us, the founders, to explore ideas, challenge our thinking, and shape Mellow's creative direction.

You have a point of view.  You're curious, observant, and always full of fresh ideas.
You're a natural storyteller.  You know how to turn an ordinary moment into something people connect with and remember.
You love making things.  You're comfortable picking up a camera, filming, and editing your own videos. You don't just come up with ideas, you make them happen.
You have an eye for the little details.  Lighting, composition, styling, music, pacing. You notice things other people might miss.
You believe in the human touch.  You appreciate authenticity, craftsmanship, and creative work that feels personal. AI is a tool, but human creativity is what makes something special.
You're not afraid to experiment.  Some ideas work, some don't. You're excited to try, learn, and make the next one even better.
What You'll Own
Develop original content ideas and storytelling concepts for Instagram and Tik Tok.
Plan, film, and edit short-form videos from start to finish.
Create recognizable content series and formats that feel distinctly Mellow.
Help shape our visual identity and creative direction across social media.
See what's working, learn from what isn't, and keep making our content better.
