Make an impact with our Enterprise Risk team as a Customer Service Representative. This diverse team of professionals utilizes leading-edge industry knowledge to assist clients in mitigating risk. You’ll provide ticket fulfillment and draw control services that assists clients in strengthening their reputation and maintaining compliance while balancing risk and control. Please note that this opportunity is a 5-day in office role.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional inbound/outbound customer service to callers
  • Handle concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
  • Receive and respond to inbound e-mail; gather and verify required information
  • Provide information to the customer and place appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be taken
  • Ensure proper security procedures are followed on all e-commerce customer interactions
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Create and update customer files in a customized database
  • Skills and Experience

  • Completion of post-secondary school
  • 5 years working in a Customer Services Setting and/or Call Centre
  • Ability to listen attentively and to use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet their specific needs
  • Minimum typing speed of 25 WPM with high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is considered to be an asset
  • The salary range for this role is $17.80 - $20.00/hour
