Make an impact with our Enterprise Risk team as a Customer Service Representative. This diverse team of professionals utilizes leading-edge industry knowledge to assist clients in mitigating risk. You’ll provide ticket fulfillment and draw control services that assists clients in strengthening their reputation and maintaining compliance while balancing risk and control. Please note that this opportunity is a 5-day in office role.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional inbound/outbound customer service to callersHandle concerns, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolutionReceive and respond to inbound e-mail; gather and verify required informationProvide information to the customer and place appropriate notes in system indicating exactly what action was taken or needs to be takenEnsure proper security procedures are followed on all e-commerce customer interactionsResolve customer complaintsCreate and update customer files in a customized databaseSkills and Experience
Completion of post-secondary school5 years working in a Customer Services Setting and/or Call CentreAbility to listen attentively and to use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet their specific needsMinimum typing speed of 25 WPM with high degree of accuracyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesBilingualism (French and English) is considered to be an assetThe salary range for this role is $17.80 - $20.00/hour
