In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries and provide immediate assistance. You’ll manage service tickets, ensure timely issue closure, and collaborate with technical teams to implement solutions. Your insights into customer interactions will contribute to strategic discussions on service enhancement, while monitoring project success percentages will optimize service levels.
Key Responsibilities:
• Address customer inquiries and assist with troubleshooting
• Document and manage service tickets efficiently
• Lead regular reviews for issue resolution
• Gather feedback for continual service improvement
• Oversee financial management and service sales
Requirements:
• Minimum 2 years in a customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Capable of diagnosing technical issues
• Experience with ticketing systems
• Bilingual in both Chinese and English
