In the role of Operations Service Clerk, you will work closely with field staff and management to ensure effective scheduling and resource allocation. You'll be responsible for handling customer escalations, validating chargeable calls, and managing daily requests from technicians. This role is vital for delivering same-day service that meets Enercare's high standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Optimize daily schedules for field technicians and reassess based on needs
• Resolve customer escalations and manage appointment changes
• Validate service transactions and correct discrepancies
• Provide timely support and updates to technicians in the field
• Analyze customer demand data to improve service delivery
Requirements:
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Familiar with Click Schedule and related software tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
• Grade 12 education; further education is a plus
• Ability to perform financial reconciliations accurately
