As a Junior Service Advisor, you’ll play a crucial role in addressing customer inquiries, scheduling service appointments, and maintaining accurate service records. You'll create work orders and invoice customers while keeping them informed about their vehicle’s needs. Your proactive approach will contribute significantly to the overall efficiency of the service department and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist customers with service requirements both in-person and on the phone
• Schedule service appointments in an organized manner
• Generate and close service work orders promptly
• Process payments and invoice customers accurately
• Provide service quotes and updates on work status
Requirements:
• Background experience in the automotive field is essential
• 1-2 years as a Service Advisor is advantageous
• Proficient in using CDK software
• Numerical aptitude is vital
• Clean driving record and valid driver's license
