Key Responsibilities:
• Represent Belron as the face of the Service Centre
• Coach the team for value-based selling success
• Cultivate a strong customer-first culture
• Manage service operations and staff schedules
• Monitor KPIs for service quality improvement
Requirements:
• 3+ years’ leadership experience
• Proven sales success in customer-focused roles
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Strong background in retail or automotive industries
• Adaptable and proactive in dynamic environments
