As a pivotal member of Verisk's team, you will serve various clients, including insurance and mortgage firms. You will focus on customer success by managing account life cycles, facilitating client training, and advocating for client needs within the organization. Your goal is to ensure optimal solution adoption and retention while acting as a key communication link between clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer success and retention post-sale
• Onboard and train various client segments
• Facilitate communication for seamless account setup
• Attend conferences and network to strengthen relationships
• Support user training and resource development
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience in account management
• Completion of post-secondary education preferred
• Background in insurance or mortgage sectors an asset
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficient in Salesforce and analytical tools
