Join Dex Medical in Markham as an onsite Orders Coordinator focused on efficient order processing and superior customer support. Your expertise will drive timely deliveries and ensure customer satisfaction.
As the Orders Coordinator, you will be crucial in managing customer accounts and ensuring documentation accuracy. You will become a super user of our Dex ordering portal, mentor fellow employees, and handle client inquiries while adhering to all regulatory guidelines. This position requires strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a temperature-controlled environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and verify customer orders thoroughly
• Handle complaints and manage escalation calls
• Operate the Dex portal and train staff
• Create necessary documentation for order processing
• Communicate in both French and English effectively
Requirements:
• Completion of post-secondary education in related fields
• Minimum two years’ customer service experience
• Knowledge of Good Documentation Practices preferred
• Capability to work in cold environments
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
