French-English Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative fluent in both English and French for our Markham location. This position requires processing customer orders, returns, and coordinating deliveries while maintaining accurate records. Candidates should excel in communication and possess strong organizational skills, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers via various channels
• Process orders and manage inventory adjustments
• Coordinate accurate delivery of orders
• Maintain documentation and reports diligently
• Perform additional assigned duties as necessary
Requirements:
• At least 1 year of customer service experience
• High school diploma; college degree preferred
• Fluency in English and French required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Dynamics 365
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills
