Customer Service Representative (CSR) – General Insurance

Bilingual

Required:

English + Mandarin or Cantonese

• Respond to client inquiries via phone in a professional and timely manner
• Provide information on auto and home insurance policies, coverage, and claims
• Manage policy updates, renewals, cancellations, and endorsements
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain client records
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling insurance products
• Deliver high-quality client service and maintain strong relationships
• Collaborate with team members to resolve service issues efficiently
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and standards

• RIBO license (required)
• 2+ years CSR experience in personal lines insurance (required)
• Fluency in English and Mandarin or Cantonese (required)
• Solid communication and phone etiquette skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational ability
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
