Key Responsibilities:
• Adjudicate claims and prior work authorizations
• Respond to dealer warranty inquiries via hotline
• Monitor dealer claiming practices against policies
• Review and process labor rate requests
• Prepare and issue Warranty Bulletins
Requirements:
• Secondary school diploma; automotive certification preferred
• 5+ years of warranty or claims experience
• Proficiency in English and French communication
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Strong MS Office skills
