TD is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Representative II for its Personal & Commercial Banking team. Your main role will include resolving customer inquiries at the first point of contact while achieving performance objectives. Ongoing training and coaching will support your growth in this dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver outstanding customer service through knowledgeable support
• Resolve inquiries at the first point of contact with empathy
• Meet performance objectives and compliance regulations
• Participate actively in ongoing training and development
• Maintain integrity while managing sensitive customer information
Requirements:
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Experience in financial or service industries preferred
• Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
